Our enthusiastic team includes people from a variety of backgrounds including retail, financial services, education, accountancy and corporate finance. Furthermore we also run our own in-house apprenticeship programme. All of our staff have one thing in common: they love what they do! - and it shows.

Phil Jones - Managing Director (Hull Office)

Phil has broad experience. As an undergraduate he worked in New York City for an Accountancy practice, graduating in 1991 and then studying for an MBA, majoring in Finance at Nottingham University. In 1992 he joined the world's largest firm of accountants and business advisors, KPMG, where he gained excellent experience in general practice and Corporate recovery. In 1998 he started his own business and in 2003 he and Suzanne bought Link Agency. Since that time revenues have grown four-fold as the geographic reach and the bank of expertise has grown.

Suzanne Jones - Director (Goole Office)

Suzanne previously worked for Andersen Consulting and Arthur Andersen in the UK Corporate Finance business. She is a no-nonsense person, who gets the job done. Her exacting standards are evident throughout. She has a very keen eye for detail and an excellent brisk manner with which she gets the job done.

Tracy Sherburn - Area Manager

Tracy has been with Link Agency longer than anyone else in the management team. She is exceptionally adaptable and has been one of the key players in driving through change over the last ten years, including project managing the implementation of two successive integrated software systems. She has a talent for dealing with numbers and an incisive ability to make business decisions.

Colette Thompson - Financial Controller

Colette joined the business in 2007 and has been a major component of the team. She is a qualified ACMA, and oversees all of the internal accounting. Since Colette joined Link Agency the company has gone from strength to strength. She has been able to resolve many complex taxation matters for Landlords and has provided excellent Financial Control over client money.

Emma Cawthorn - Team Member

Emma has been with us for six years. She took maternity leave in 2009 and we are delighted that she chose to return afterwards. Having previously worked in retail, running concessions in Harvey Nichols and House of Fraser, she understands the need for excellent customer service in a demanding environment.

Kerry Theaker - Team Member

Kerry came to us in 2005. She has excellent local knowledge and the best possible set of values, making her the ideal person to manage a lettings portfolio.

Ellie Barker - Team Member

Ellie joined our apprenticeship scheme just over one year ago, she passed her exams with distinction and has now been promoted onto a permanent contract with Link Agency. She is proving a great success and our clients think she is great.

Bridget Sands - Manager (Hull Office)

Bridget joined us in 2008 having worked for several years for Norwich Union in a sales role. Her background is therefore in financial services, however she took to lettings like the proverbial duck to water and has become a greatly valued member of our team. She was promoted to Manage the Hull office of Link Agency in October 2011.

Gill Lyth - Team Member Hull

Gill joined Link Agency earlier this year as the result of our acquisition in Hull. We immediately saw the potential in her and she is fast becoming a valued member of staff.

Ellie Moody - Team Member Hull

After a tough recruitment campaign in December 2011 and January 2012, Ellie Moody joined Link Agency. We are very pleased to have her onboard, Ellie is a graduate calibre recruit with a strong academic background. But what we really liked about Ellie was the values that were evidenced throughout the selection process: truthfulness, honesty, integrity - she's a great fit for our team.
