Phil Jones started his career as an accountant working for one of the “Big 4”accountancy practices. He spent a year in New York and then returned to the UK to complete the MBA at Nottingham University. In 2003 he set up a a limited company to acquire Link Agency, since which time the company has bought three other lettings agencies in Yorkshire.
Phil is qualified as an Estate Agent, Letting Agent and Property Manager. Currently he heads up the Link Agency franchisee onboarding process. He was President of the Hull and Humber Chamber of Commerce until March 2022 and sits on a number of local boards as an adviser and Vice Chair.
