Link Agency was set up in 1983. The founder Mrs Mawson established a very successful Lettings business in Goole. In 2003 the business was acquired by Matrix Consultancy (UK) Limited. A lot has changed since those early days. What hasn’t changed are the values that underpin the business. The foundation of the business is built on trust, integrity, accountability and reliability. Recently we have embraced the wonders of modern prop-tech and have catapulted ourselves to market prominence in residential sales, building on our traditional lettings business. In 2025 we went further and launched our commercial sales and lettings arm.
Since 2011 we have ventured wider geographically. Undertaking work in other towns in East Yorkshire and Hull. Our core base is located in Goole which is where our Managing team operate from.
