Meet the Team

Phil Jones started his career as an accountant working for one of the “Big 4”accountancy practices. He spent a year in New York and then returned to the UK to complete the MBA at Nottingham University. In 2003 he set up a a limited company to acquire Link Agency, since which time the company has bought three other lettings agencies in Yorkshire. Phil is qualified as an Estate Agent, Letting Agent and Property Manager. Currently he heads up the Link Agency franchisee onboarding process. He was President of the Hull and Humber Chamber of Commerce until March 2022 and sits on a number of local boards as an adviser and Vice Chair.

Jayne has lots of experience in property sales in the high end market. She is very passionate about good service and has a keen eye for detail. Having owned her own agency brand which operated in the York area, she gained a great deal of experience in handling properties that list in excess of £1,000,000. 

Amanda is our Accounts Controller at the office in Goole, she handles all client accounting. She oversees rent payments from tenants to landlords and has a banking background of over 30 years. 

Jake is the Lettings Manager at our office in Goole, he is a Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. He has over 8 years of experience in managing different types of properties across the Yorkshire region.
