Our History   Link Agency first opened its doors in 1983, on Victoria Street in Goole, relocating to Aire Street and then Pasture Road. Since this date, we have operated as a Residential Letting Agency, recently expanding to cover Residential Sales and now further increasing our Commercial Lettings Division in 2025.   What We Do   Marketing We market commercial properties on two of the major advertising portals, Rightmove & OnTheMarket. All of our properties are sent out to our database of over 17,000 clients, as well as being posted to our social media channels. Whether its professional photography, floor plans or drone images and videos - we have you covered.  Management  We have a growing portfolio of commercial property we manage on behalf of landlord clients. As your managing agent, we will be the first point of contact for your tenant, undertake rent reviews and ensure the property remains legally compliant at all times.  Schedule of condition A detailed schedule of condition and dilapidation report is crucial for any commercial landlord, our staff can carry out both at the start and end of the tenancy.  Investing in Goole  Our home here in Goole, East Yorkshire, is fast becoming a manufacturing powerhouse.
